I have served on the Mission City Council as a representative of Ward 3 since 1999, following my appointment by former Mayor Sylvester Powell, Jr. I enjoy representing the interests of residents and businesses of Ward 3 on the Council.

Our City has experienced many changes during the past 10 years. We have seen an expansion of the Sylvester Powell, Jr. Community Center, the demise of the Mission Center Mall, new businesses joining our City, and the promise of even more exciting new commercial and residential development. Our city has become a leader in community sustainability. Despite these hard economic times that are forcing many communities to cut back, the City of Mission continues to provide quality services to our residents, and remains vibrant and financially healthy.

As we continue to move forward and face the challenges the future brings, we can expect many more changes. Come along and be a part of our exciting future. The best is yet to come.
